Common questions
Do you do the design as well?
Yes. Our in-house designer takes your ideas, a Pinterest board or a few photos, and turns them into a layout and 3D renders so you can see the room before any work starts.
Can I stay in the house during the renovation?
Usually. We plan the sequence so you are without a bathroom or kitchen for as short a stretch as the job allows, and we tell you the dates up front.
Who does the plumbing and gas on the job?
We do. Griffin is a Certifying Plumber, so the plumbing is done and certified by the same qualified tradesman, and gas work is certified by our own Certifying Gasfitter.
